Selecting a training plan is easy and you can change your plan whenever you like.
If you change your mind about an event you can simply select another training plan to follow.
If your event isn't on the list then create your own training program! Give your program a name, enter date, distance,
duration and level of difficulty you require and the program is created for you!
You even get to choose which days you run and what type of run you do on each day
